Desi is the driving force behind ROI Communication – a boutique agency that creates meaningful events, offers impactful trainings, and publishes thought-provoking books. With a Master’s degree in Theatre Directing, the popular podcast “Boshlaf”, and her role as an organiser of TEDxSofia, she brings together intellectual depth, a great sense of humour, and a unique talent for connecting people through experiences that matter.
